I went through a video interview and then an in-person interview, and they said someone would reach out soon about another interview. Three months later and I still haven't heard from the company. I didn't even receive a rejection letter.

We sincerely apologize that we did not get back to you. We had many applications and interviews for this role and another, in Arizona during the same period. It seems that our response to you fell through the cracks. We will do better so it doesn't happen again.
