Very off putting the way my situation was handled. I was contacted twice by an interviewer who put me on the spot for questions and did not give me the option to reschedule. I was then given a 45 minute test and asked to set aside almost 2 hours for an interview the following week where I would meet the team and take a virtual tour of the office. In an email I was told I would receive a Microsoft Teams link 10 minutes before the meeting. Fast forward I complete the test, ask a number of questions through email and wait diligently the morning of the meeting for the link...never receive responses on anything. I get a call that evening from another employee apologizing for the situation stating that the person who recruited me is on an indefinite leave. He apologized repeatedly and told me they were still very interested. I told them I would still be interested, but needed my questions answered and began asking the person some basic info. He responded by saying he did not that have info available, but promised to get it to me by EOD. That was over a week ago.... I understand things happen, but I was very put off by how my situation was handled and how disorganized things seemed especially after putting almost two hours of time into their process.
