Applied online through a craigslist ad. Was sent a very large packet to fill out that was several pages long. Once the packet was filled out it was then submitted and a face to face interview was scheduled. The face to face interview was with the CEO of the company. It was only one face to face and then an offer was made. The whole process took about a week and wasn't to difficult. Filling out the initial packet was the most difficult and tedious part.
