After a situational judgement test, I had to do a app game based assessment as part of the application designed by arctic shores which I found ridiculous. It was comprised of spotting random number patterns under a time limit and then a standard verbal reasoning by analysing a piece of text. I found the whole game app assessment thing incredibly patronising. Some time after I completed the game, I received an email from Network Rail saying that they were "really impressed" with my application but I didn't pass the game based app and so they rejected me.
