Honestly the worst assessment day I have EVER attended. The current graduates there were mortified and so embarrassed about the running of the day. To the point where i put in a formal complaint. I was the first to be interviewed and the interviewers had to spend the first 10 mins of the interview familiarising themselves with what was being asked of them and what they were assessing, and they refused to elaborate on any questions because they didn't know either. I was left waiting for aorund (with about 15 other graduates) for 2 hours when no one knew what was going on. our 'lunch' (banana and one corner of a sandwich) was put in a different room that the current staff thought was for them, so by the time they clocked it was for us and it got brought out, there was hardly any left. Honestly most embarrassingly run assessment day I've attended. I then got a call a week later that they had lost everyone's answers to half of the group task and i would have to answer them again - referring back to a task I did over a week prior and referring to text that we were given on the day that I didn't have in front of me. Was told we would hear the outcome within 2 weeks, 8 weeks later I hav finally heard back. Laughable. Sort your recruitment company out.
