Applied online through the Neuberger Berman website. No phone screening. Went in to the office for a few interviews. Fairly simple and straightforward process with no test or quiz.

"Have you ever worked with anyone demanding or mean?"
2 rounds, one with China CEO and one with Administrative Manager.
Both went well, asked about my education background and job experiences.
CEO was nice as he was quite a gentleman.
