Overall the process was smooth and sufficient in assessing my mechanical engineering competency. The high pace start-up culture was reflected in a no-show/reschedule for interview #2; not to slam, just inform future applicants that they are very busy (for all the right reasons.)
Here is what I went through:
1. Technical phone screen with the recruiter
2. Technical phone interview with member of the team
3. Week-long design challenge
Automated rejection email received.
*No reply from HR recruiter or team member upon sending out follow-ups for feedback.
