Very methodical, 10 minutes of mechanical engineering test questions (common but application), 10 minutes of technical questions on your project experiences (ones related to the role). The interviewer was nice and patient, even encouraging when I was a bit stumped or confused.

I was asked a series of engineering technical questions, and upon missing one, I was told that was the end of my consideration and they hung up. I prepared for a few hours for this interview and didn't even get to express any of my relevant experience, so that was extremely disappointing.
