Went through a phone call, take home test, another phone call. Then got invited for an on-site interview where I had to give a 20 min presentation. The team decided that I would not continue on for the rest of the interview after my presentation because they did not like it. They had someone else tell me that I wouldn't be going forward, and hid in another part of the building until I left, which I thought was a bit immature.

The interview went smoothly, the recruiter seemed professional. The interview included both technical and behavioral questions and lead to my satisfaction and a candidate. I felt both empowered and glad after interview.
