The interview process was so messed up. I had applied from Naukri.com. I got a call from HR telling me that there will be 3 rounds of interviews, which later became 5 rounds. HR agreed on the expected CTC. I gave the first technical interview and aced it question was related to LLM architecture,RAG, transformers, ML ,DL, then i gave the second technical interview where question were asked related to real-world AI applications. in the second technical round of interview the interviewer told me that he is scrutinizing/confused to provide me the Expected CTC based on my experience- even though I answered all the questions. anyway he told me to complete one project related to RAG and he will review that-- haha strange right?? I completed that project in short timeline and never got any update from them till now.
