Multistage interview process. Initial somewhat of a get to know you conversation to setup an actual interview. First interview was with 2 managers from different functional areas, one of which would manage the position. Next interview was with CEO. Both interviews were extremely natural feeling and did not feel much pressure what-so-ever.

Questions weren't super structured and more came through natural conversation. There were questions imbedded in the conversation and some were answered before they were asked due to natural flow.
