My application was reviewed and I was called in for an in-person interview. The interview lasted less than 10 minutes. The woman that interviewed was the hiring manager for this surgical center.

The first thing the interviewer said to me was "We usually don't hire people your age". I was shocked that someone who demanded professionalism from applicants would say something illegal.
