      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Neviton

      I was approached for Front end developer role by HR. First round was HackerRack online test for 3 hours. Post which i was called for face to face technical interview. Interview held up for like 20 mins only where i was asked questions on NodeJs basic related to my current project along with some javascript basic string, array coding questions. Response felt positive but the HR denied saying that my profile is not fit for what they are looking for i.e full stack developer and they want someone having strong experience in backend. ( As my hands on NodeJs was not much and only for like 4-5 months they rejected.) I went for like 16KM to attend this and wasted my whole day. Like, why they even considered at the beginning when they wanted a full stack role. Please don't even consider taking interview for this company.

      Despite clearing technical and managerial rounds, i called for a face to face interview I don't have any idea whether it would be a hr discussion or client or internal term. my face-to-face interview experience was deeply unprofessional. A gender-based “joke” was made by senior leadership, implying I chose QA because I am a woman. This shut me down mentally and shifted the interview away from my skills and experience, my mind went blocked after hearing this from very senior person in the organisation. The interviewer also showed no interest in understanding how I work or how I could add value to the project, focusing instead on rigid expectations without real discussion purely about what he wants to hear. This raised serious concerns about leadership, interview standards, and company culture. I never faced this kind of situation ever in my interview.
