I walked in and introduced myself at the desk. I was handed a clipboard with a questionnaire basically asking me to rewrite everything on my resume. Then I turned in my clipboard and resume. After waiting a while, I am called into the back where an employee describes how quickly you can be promoted if you try hard. Only 9 months til management... yeah right. Anyways, they ask questions about things on your resume, but not your accomplishments or qualifications. More like they ask you if you liked your undergraduate school, if you enjoy football, and what your hobbies are. Then you are told there will be no discussion of the compensation structure or anything this interview. You are not even given the chance to ask questions but rather are told, "You will receive a call between x and x if we would like to interview you again." Whole in-person part takes about 10 minutes.

One-on-one interview. First round is basically just a meet and greet, making sure you're the right fit. The second round gets more into the details of the company and the position.
