I actually called the number that was on the website and asked the HR manager to describe what they do there and she told me about what they do and guided me to the page where I see the positions that they had available so I could apply. I was super interested in the training that they offer since I'm studying for my bachelors in business management. She was able to work with my schedule and I went in for an interview with the manager the next week. Everyone that I met was super nice and I was excited about the professional atmosphere. I got introduced to other managers and employees there and was offered the position after a second interview with a trainer.

The interview process was pleasant enough. Everyone was friendly and the interviews were on time and prompt. The company has three rounds of interviews. The first round of interviews is to get a feel for the interviewee. It only took about 15 minutes. I received a call later the same day asking me to come in for a second interview. I went in two days later and met with an interviewer who explained the company's processes, promotion track, and pay scale. I wasn't asked as many interview questions as I suspected. Instead it almost seemed as though the interviewer was pitching the company to me. Finally, I filled out a questionnaire and then spoke with the branch director who asked me a few questions. I received a call about 45 minutes after the interview with a job offer. I politely declined, explained my reasoning, and we left things off cordially. Although this was not the position for me, the interviewers conducted themselves with integrity and honestly.
