I apologize if this was overlooked, but all of our positions online do state that they are entry level with room for advancement as growth from within is something that we really pride ourselves on (which is why we always bring growth up in the preliminary phone screening as well). When we do speak to candidates on the phone, we do ask everyone what they're looking for in their next position so we can make sure that we have a good fit before we even bring anyone in for an interview.
