On the spot interview in the store, they will ask what you know about the brand and their shoes. Bonus if you know competitor's brand and shoes, they will like it. They will also ask if you are a sports person, and if you are into running, the chances of them hiring will be high as they sell running shoes.

got a phone call, and asked for a walkin interview. met the manager and did interview on the spot. The interview was easy and polite. they asked me to contact me after week and called me afterwards.
