I applied online at playmakers.com the New Balance is owned by a playmakers in East Lansing which allowed me to interview in person. The first step was a phone interview asking work ethic questions and past experience questions.

got a phone call, and asked for a walkin interview. met the manager and did interview on the spot. The interview was easy and polite. they asked me to contact me after week and called me afterwards.

It was one round. Very simple and asked me about my experience, and got back to me in a week. Just be prepared to answer and dress nicely to impress the manager, then you’ll be good
