HR Called to schedule interview. Short direct phone screening; why new directions, etc. Met with clinical director and interview was very nice, laid back, direct. Described the position and asked if any I had questions (which I did). All questions were answered directly, no beating around bush or seeming like hidden agenda or risks in position (some agencies don't do this). Talked about shift/ schedule and we're extremely flexible. Agreed to exactly what I asked with no hesitation or negotiations. Really awesome. Best interview I've had in years. HR Called the next week and I was offered the position I applied for, with schedule asked for.
