Passed the initial interview. An email from HR stated I passed the final interview and asked for character reference. After 1 week, they emailed me stating I didn't pass the final interview. I felt like I wasted my time gathering the character references. Frustrated but happy as it was a blessing in disguise. I'm not in a better company and better opportunity.
