TWO interviewers interviewing TWO candidates, which was weird. Applied for the Human Resource post as advertised, but after few minutes of the interview, I realized that it was more like a recruitment for the Insurance Agent post, as they will eventually divert the question and turned it into "Reasons" that I should become a wealth planner instead and how myself and the other guy have the quality to success, work on our on time etc... the usual.. By then, i knew both the interviewer basically the insurance agent that just wanted to recruit us under their wings. Both were so much younger than me, like just came out of college, and i were to believe both of them are hiring manager for the Human Resource post?

Simple Interview, but I didn't get a call or any clarification about the application. The culture at the company are good and one of the interesting that i ever seen.
