Interview process is smooth. They show you the facility before the second interview so you know what you’re getting yourself into. Overall, great experience. Be yourself and be passionate. Just be aware, it is a work environment where you should be comfortable getting dirty.

Colloquio
I applied for the position by handing in a resume at a job fair. I received a call about a 6 weeks later to schedule an interview for the following week. It was a simple plant tour followed by a panel interview with three people. They were very clear about what they were looking for and asked standard questions. It was also very casual and friendly.
