You apply online by submitting your cover letter and resume. You are contacted with a link to fill out super simple questions about yourself. You are then invited to a group interview - about 20 people or so. If invited to second interview, you fill out a personality survey online. There dates for interviews are final - only apply if you can skip work to go to their interviews at 11 a.m.
