Very friendly and conversational interview. Questions pertained to strengths and weakness, passion for working with kids, and what your Christian walk looks like. They genuinely want to know what you are interested in and try to find how you would best fit on the staff there.

They came onto our college campus and hosted a bunch of interviews throughout the day. Very casual interview, more of a conversation where they were trying to get to know me.
