The interview was 20 simple questions and 15 minutes long. My interview was a filler interview, the department was never interested in hiring me but needed to meet a number quota. In all honesty, I was sorely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I never received a call or email from the department about the job position being filled.

Called into a back room with 4 interviewers. I was asked basic social service questions by each person. Interview was personable. Each person would ask a question and then write down my answers.
