This interview was not the interview that I have expected. I have been getting red flags from this interview that the workplace is no where good to work at, regardless, how good the benefits and the stipend they give you. I came to the on-site 9 to 10 minutes before my interview started and I waited six more minutes. One of the managers that came over to get me and he apologized for the delay since he came back from his lunch, which I understood that part. When the interview started, I was talking about myself through the experiences that I’ve had as a graduate student. I started noticing the director started making a an ugly smirk when she was looking at my resume from one of my experiences, which made me feel very uncomfortable about her. They were asking me questions about more of the experiences rather than just getting to know your character. When they have offered me an opportunity if I had any questions, I had my opportunity to ask a couple of them. Instead of them genuinely answering most of my questions, they gave me a paper about the information on the job position and the training. There was one of the questions that I was asking on the core values, and the director was low-key getting defensive asking me “Did I read the mission from from the website?” to my surprise that was pretty rude to respond. After the interview was done, I didn’t feel good about getting through this interview because I was not impressed by the fact on how condescending to have these directors treat me less. Make sure that you are always in your best self before and after the interview. Take your time with this decision if this workplace is good for you or not.

I interviewed one-on-one with the clinic manager. Discussed experience and interest in position. She called a few days later to offer position. Then had to complete a drug screening and background check.
