Phone interview first. Got asked questions on leadership and communication. Then I met many people for the onsite round interview. Most questions are behavioral, pretty easy to handle. Onsite interview includes a lunch with two students
I first did an interview which was for screening and then I did another four sets of interview. The interview went great in general. It was conducted on Zoom due to Covid.

It was fast and i heard back within a week after each stage. One 30 min phone interview and 3 hours final round. Some interviewers are very chill and some try to dig into every detail of your answers. A lot of technical questions and some behavioral as well.
