Very Professional. Approachable recruiter, very professional communication. A good recruitment program allows applicants to see themself in an ideal position and, therefore to choose the right career path within the organization. But the group interview is a little intense, with a lot of information being provided in a short amount of time.

The entire hiring process took about three weeks and involved five rounds: an initial telephonic screening, an HR round, a one-hour technical interview, a discussion with the Managing Partner, and finally, a follow-up interview with the Hiring Manager
