The entire hiring process took about three weeks and involved five rounds: an initial telephonic screening, an HR round, a one-hour technical interview, a discussion with the Managing Partner, and finally, a follow-up interview with the Hiring Manager

They may also ask situational questions, such as describing a time I managed risk or demonstrating how I handle time management and prioritization.
