The interview process took up way too much of my time. You go through a basic phone interview, followed by meeting at the office, then a training at the office and then on the 3rd meeting you get a job offer. They give you information to purchase the study materials for the exam that you series 7 exam that you must take and they offer unpaid job training and training for the exam. They want contact information from many of your friends and family members so that they can try and sell insurance to them.
