e interview was super quick and felt more like a sales pitch than a real job interview. They hype up ‘unlimited earning potential’ and ‘being your own boss,’ but it’s 100% commission-based, meaning no guaranteed paycheck. You also have get a license and training upfront. They really push recruiting, which makes it feel more like an MLM than a legit insurance job. If you’re looking for stable income, ask a lot of questions before committing. Definitely not for everyone.

Guides you to thinking you are helping people when you really will not be; slightly intimidating and awkward. Would not recommend for most people, but gave interviewing experience nonetheless (which is always great)

Weird. First in a giant group second they wanted 10 new consumers. It’s a pyramid scheme. Plus there’s no real salary. It seemed almost desperate. Alarm bells went off and I declined further interviews.

The initial round was over zoom. They then make you go to a 3 hour seminar to discuss the company and position. If you want to move forward, you have to do an unpaid 50 hour training online. If you don't pass the test, that's it. You have to front the $100 for the test, they pay you back if hired. The job is completely commissioned, no salary, so if you aren't selling, you don't get anything. You also have to find your own clients. One of the very disturbing questions I was asked at the interview was how would I source customers. There aren't that many people looking for life and death insurance.
