4 round interview process with manager, director and team. Discussed background and experience. Goals for the next 5 years. Easy interview and show some interest in horsing racing. Explain how your skills will provide a positive impact to the company.

It's a long process. I submitted my application at the beginning of March, and got the first round interview. Then, I received an email saying they were under reorganization and would contact me later. At the end of July, HR called me to check in and arrange two rounds of interviews in August and September. The hiring manager was very respectful and professional. Interviewers were nice.
