Applied for the role of product manager, after a first phone call screening with the internal HR i had an interview with the product proposition manager. The output was positive although my expertise didn't fully match the requirements for that particular position. However with quite and enthusiasm he clearly told me i positively passed the interview telling me that he was going to elaborate a new job profile for me to consider in the next days. Well, after three month i haven't received the job description yet, what is more frustrating is that the HR kept telling me (i had never been reached by the product proposition manager again) that they where working on that and she was postponing week after week saying that they where busy (who is not?). Of course i understand that the recruiting process might be longer than expected but personally i never expected such a lack of respect and transparency from a recruiter. Never an explanation, never a word of sorry. Good thing i am feeling lucky, that's the sort of train you are happy to miss.

3 stages, 2 regular interviews and one case study. The first was with Developer and the head of product, the second was with other product managers and scrum team member, the third is a case study, assessing how you prioritise work and negotiate with the scrum team.
