Phone screen then in person. Met several team members in one visit. Very welcoming and felt great from the minute I met everyone. Final interview was a phone call with a VP. On boarding was extensive but it's expected in healthcare. Visit to employee health, etc.

Phone interview and then full day in person rounds of interviews. Phone interview was with an HR staff member and then the full day was with panels of hiring managers

Colloquio
It was one long interview day and each candidate had 3 interviews with different departments. All departments were set up in the same room at different tables. The interviews all took place simultaneously so the room became loud and distracting. Interviews were only 20 minutes and then you had to move on. Lunch was provided.
