The interview process for the underwriting position was very long. An underwriting exam which consisted of 40 questions had to be completed within 2 hours with a passing score of 80% or higher. This was a paper exam. The exam was graded onsite while potential employee waited and the results were given at that time. If the potential employee passed the exam, he/she got the job on the spot.
