The interview was panel style. Everyone was extremely nice, they asked me very pointed questions and wanted examples of how I would problem solve specific situations. They talked about how important it is to be self sufficient because of the manual. They did mention that even salaried people have to clock in which I thought was really weird.... My recruiter Nick was really helpful and easy to talk to - I was extended an offer fairly quickly.

Pointed questions and expected me to give specific examples of how I would handle various situations
Slow moving company. not organized. WORST interview experience I've ever had. One of senior management didn't understand the position and asked lots of irrelevant questions. RACIST!! and unprofessional. This person even didn't know how to read people's resume and barely knew about the business. Read all negative comments before but still much below expectation.
