Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Newegg (City of Industry, CA) nel mese di feb 2013
Colloquio
The process started with a phone call from a recruiter. The recruiter was friendly and did her screening of me. After the screening, she passed along my info to the design lead. After that, the design lead contacted me and asked about my work. After that, the recruiter contacted me again to set up an in-person interview.
The interview was fairly simple. I met with two senior designers and talked about what I'm capable of and what Newegg needed. The questions weren't too difficult, but they were appropriate for the job I was applying for. They asked about basic skills, how I handled projects, and other work-related questions.

They asked about my skills, what projects I've worked on, how comfortable I am in a fast-paced environment.

Colloquio
After applying online, I got a call from a recruiter saying that they're interested in my background and would like to get this position filled ASAP. They also asked me to do a design challenge (which involves part of their website, an action usually viewed unethical) before a video interview gets arranged. I agreed to work on it the next day. After spending hours on their test and sending the result back for review, I never heard back from them, no matter in which way I followed up.
This is so disrespectful and such a waste of time.
