I did two rounds of phone interviewing. First with HR and second with two managers split into to 30 minute sections. Both managers were very nice and process was very relaxed. Made it easy to have a good interview. I would prepare by going over the regular behavioral questions and going over some recent projects that you have undertaken. Know them in detail so you can explain.
