Invited to an Assessment day which consisted of McQuoig Test, 5 5min interviews (Like speed dating), Presentation and Excel Test
Excel Test was very open ended up to the individual what you do rather than asking you to perform certain functions
5 5min interviews were very basic and hard to comprehend how they could make a decision partly based on them
