My interview process with Newell Brands was such a positive experience! The company really respected my time, which is oftentimes overlooked by other companies during the hiring process. After submitting my application online, I was contacted within a week by a Talent Acquisitions lead who I spoke to for a short phone interview. After the phone interview, I was asked to set up an in-person interview in the Atlanta office, during which I spoke to 3 different individuals. I was moved to the next step of the process less than 24 hours after my in-person interview, where I was asked to set up a final interview with the hiring manager. I was offered the position a few hours after the final interview.

The interview process was extremely lengthy. Five rounds beginning with an HR screen and three behavioral assessments, followed by an Excel assessment. Despite the length, the interviewers were pleasant, and I enjoyed speaking with each of them. Unfortunately, I echo other reviews that were ultimately ghosted. After two follow-ups, there has been radio silence, so I accepted another offer. I can't express how much of a negative impression this has left me with about the company. I can't imagine why someone wouldn't even be polite enough to say no.
