After applied for the job within a week, I got a screen call interview request. The phone interview last about 40 mins, the interviewer was really very nice and friendly, which made me feel there is no pressure to get to next interview.

The interview process was clear and concise. One phone screen with a member of HR and an in office interview with 4 members of the team including upper management - overall took roughly 3 hours.
