Very frustrating as the recruiter did not make an effort to follow up scheduling my first round phone interview when their first time did not work for me. I still have not had that first round phone interview.

Had two rounds of interviews, one by phone and one by zoom. First one was a one-on-one with just general questions about the role. Second was more technical and with larger team.
