selected through Amcat......called for only HR round. there is no reception just a small gallery in which the candidate have to seat and fill the HR round form.....all are just formality after 2-3 min i have to entered in the HR cabin....that HR is just a stupid one.

nothing is asked...just said You are not trained for this post.................WTF then why u called me just to see my face....that bloody HR.
We can't hire every single candidate we interview. What's wrong in the statement "You are not trained for this post"?
This doesn't mean you are inferior or we are superiors, that just means our requirements are different than your qualification.
Couldn't have accessed your skill level without an interview. Thanks for showing up.
