Firstly there were Technical interview to check and evaluate my skills against the needed requirements: - C-programming Test. - Micro controller test. - RTOS Test. After passing the Technical interview i got a Technical Interview to evaluate my skills and to which extent are those skills matching the job requirements.

First was invited to an interview with the Project leader and the Software manager. 2 weeks later invited for an interview with the Director. First interview included questions on the basic embedded development knowledge, OS, RTOS, Algorithms, C exam. Very nice and professional interviewers. Two weeks later had an interview with the Director and got the offer.
