Several interviews were conducted: One with the CEO, the direct supervisor and colleagues with whom I'd interact in the course of an average workday. The interview process involved spending a couple of days at the office to become familiar with operations in which I learned specifically what I’d be doing. It was done in casual, low-pressure atmosphere.
