You meet with the CEO and he asks you some dumb questions. At this point the process is probably different since mine was years ago. It's pretty much a breathing test. If you're breathing you'll probably get the job, but it's not one you want.
News USA does not use staffing agencies. This is 6+ years since the claimed in office interview. We went virtual 5 years ago and you get to work from home, we train online, by señior staff (10 yrs+) each, and have automated significantly since. If you truly came thru a staffing agency I think with whatever fees they would demand we would be using more than a breathing test. We are celebrating our 30th year this year.
