I interviewed with HR and the manager. I had to wait in excess of 30 minutes. The people seemed pleasant enough, however I wasn't comfortable with the amount of times I was asked if I am prompt and courteous at all times or the long faces I saw upon entering.

Multi-Stage process, very thorough going over experience and background. Was called back for an additional round to make sure I was the right candidate for the job. Asked purposeful questions to acquire insight on the company mission and sector.
