Was contacted about 2 days after applying. Went into the office, completed a skill assessment to see where my knowledge was in networking and customer service. Afterwards, had two back-to-back interviews with questions about my technical knowledge and behavioral interview questions. I got a job offer a few days later, and started training the next week. This is when i filled out all the new job paperwork and did a mouth swab drug test.
