      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso NexTitle (Bellevue, WA) nel mese di mag 2016

      Colloquio

I applied online and received an email about a week later to set up a quick phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 10-15 minutes and included basic interview questions such as "What is an example of a time when you went above and beyond for a customer?". After the phone interview, HR set up an interview for me to meet the hiring manager in person, which was about a week and a half later. I showed up to the interview and met with the manager, and on our way to a room to talk, she had stopped by another persons desk to have that person come with us. I still to this day do not know who that person was. The office was extremely quiet, no one was talking and the environment just felt very cold and uninviting. Almost as if they were afraid to talk to each other. In the interview, the hiring manager was nice enough, but the second person who only introduced their name and not their position came off as very strict and bossy. He would often cut off the hiring manager to ask me questions. As he was discussing the job, it seemed more like he was giving me reasons for why I shouldn't work with them, instead of the other way around. He even told me that I would have to be able to handle criticism because if any mistakes are made, there will be a lot of people who are angry and blame me. He did a lot of talking and even when he asked me a question, he would not give me a chance to answer and just kept talking. At the end of the interview, neither person asked me if I had any questions for them and just abruptly stood up as if to end the meeting. They said they had one more interview to conduct and would contact me soon to let me know if their decision. After 2 weeks of waiting and not hearing anything, I decided to email the HR contact to inquire about their decision. I have yet to receive an email or call from the company and it does not look like they plan to contact me at all. It has been about 3 weeks since my in person interview.
