There is 3 interview in the process. The first interview is to check if there is a cultural fit. The second one is to check your soft skills. The third one is a technical assessment with two developers.

Après une première rencontre à distance avec une partenaire RH, j'ai pu passer une entrevue avec celle-ci et un gestionnaire. Une fois cette étape franchie, j'ai été invité à passer un test technique. J'ai finalement reçu une offre d'emploi la semaine suivante.

Colloquio
A somewhat long and carefull process including 3 interview,
1. Meet with HR where they explain what the job and requirements looks like.
2. Meetup with team leader where they get to know by asking what type of work/projects you've done before, very discussion based interview.
3. Technical interview where two senior devs show you some problem and you get to explain how you would attack the problem with various solition. This one is pretty long, lasting around 90min (including a small break).
